Deposits must be mailed in ASAP to ensure your team’s acceptance in the tournament. |

| Step two |
Book a tournament sponsored hotel. Then email hockeypuck@mts.net to advise which hotel you have booked with for scheduling purposes. All teams MUST book with one of these hotels. All teams MUST submit a hotel room list to their selected hotel. |

| Step three | By April 15, 2010, balance of payment for tournament is due |

By May 15,2010, complete the online Roster Form All team rosters MUST be done online on our website.
